2. What type of payment do you accept?
- WeChat Pay
- All major credit cards, including UnionPay.
3. How can you accept WeChat Pay if you are based in the U.S.?
- Easy! Our secure payment processor, Stripe, has a partnership with WeChat.
- You pay with WeChat; we receive the funds in the U.S. through Stripe.
4. What are your hours?
- We usually meet Chinese residents Tuesday through Friday in the morning hours (7 a.m. – 11 a.m. Beijing Time).
5. How will we meet?
- We will meet on Zoom for your lessons.
- If you cannot use Zoom, we will use a different video platform.
6. How often do we meet?
- Typically, once a week.
7. Is there practice between lessons?
- Yes. You will use a program called Flip.com to record your speaking practice.
- If you cannot use Flip, we will use a different program.
8. Do you teach children?
No. Well Said Coaching only teaches adults over the age of 18.
